Revit comes with 18 line styles, and you are sure to need more. Using just one color (black), and the default 13 line patterns and the 16 default line weights, you would need to make 208 line styles to have a complete set.
Step-by-Step: How to Create Revit Line Styles
1. Open your Revit template file.
2. On the Manage Tab, select the Additional Settings tool, then select “Line Styles”
3. Click the “New” button in the lower-right and type in the new Line Style name.
4. In the Line Styles dialog,
